Melina is a Muay Thai Fighter and owner of NRF Australia. She retired from fighting last year after 20 fights (and a WMC Queensland State Title), to travel around the country for 6 months in a van (with her cat) in order to develop her business to its full potential. She’s a funny, kind, and thoughtful person and this conversation is a very raw and honest look at why we might let our previous life experiences get in the way of our happiness.
